Usually we process orders in 3-7 business days and then we ship them.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is different for each country. It can take up to 30 business days to deliver product to your address. Depends on the product and on the location of your address.

Our headquarters is in Slovenia, EU, but our main warehouse is located in China. Please consider that when calculating the shipping time. Any stops, made by the customs office in each individual country, are not our responsibility. Also, the additional fees by any third party involved are covered by the client.

Please note customs fees may apply according to local legislation. ZOZO couture does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
